Shipping & Delivery: Due to high volumes the orders are processed by graduation date so that everyone gets their shirt before they leave for graduation; however, your credit card will be charged immediately. We make every attempt to process the orders as they come in but earlier graduation dates must always take precedence. If you have an unusual situation and need your merchandise earlier just let us know.; Your trip to graduation is stressful enough; we don't want to give you anything else to worry about. Most orders will ship through the U.S. Postal Service, using Priority Mail. From the time we ship it, it takes 2-3 days to arrive at your door.

Returns & Replacements: If you are ordering a personalized item, returns are accepted for exchange if your garment is, in some way, defective; otherwise, all sales are final on personalized items. If your order has not been customized, feel free to return it for any reason for a refund or exchange as long as it has not been worn or laundered.
