We know this is an exciting time for everyone in your family and you can't wait to get your shirts! In most cases, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 days from the date of the order. Please keep in mind though...the shirts are personalized and sometimes we have to switch the order in which we print them. An immediate upcoming graduation date will take precedence over a later graduation date but then your order will fall back into the front of the production queue so we can get it out to you as soon as humanly possible.
During peak seasons (July through December graduations) it might take as long as 10 days to ship your order so please order in plenty of time!! If you think you might not get your shirts in time just call us. We are all either veterans or family members of veterans. Once we have shipping your order, it will take 2-3 days for you to receive it through the U.S. Postal Service.
Personalized items: If your item is personalized all sales are final. If your shirt is defective or if it was not printed as ordered, give us a call at 816.273.7721. You can be assured we will not send you through hoops to get a shirt free of defects but you MUST call within 30 days of receipt of your order and they must still be in new condition (not worn, washed or soiled).
Non-personalized items: You can return non-personalized shirts within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund, less actual shipping charges, as long as the shirts have not been worn or washed. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, worn or soiled. If you would like an exchange instead of a refund there will be a $5 shipping fee for exchanges.

You are responsible for shipping fees for returns unless the item is defective or not printed as ordered. It is recommended you obtain a tracking number from the Post Office for your return shipment. We cannot be responsible for returns lost while in transit.
Your refund/exchange will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the authorized return. If you are requesting a refund, a credit will be issued to the form of payment you used to place the order. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to processing and shipping. If your order status says Processing MO it means it is in production. You might still be able to cancel it if the printing process has not yet begun. Just give us a call and we will let you know where your order stands. 816-273-7721.
