How long does it take to ship my order?

We know this is an exciting time for everyone in your family and you can't wait to get your shirts! In most cases, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 days from the date of the order. Please keep in mind though...the shirts are personalized and sometimes we have to switch the order in which we print them. An immediate upcoming graduation date will take precedence over a later graduation date but then your order will fall back into the front of the production queue so we can get it out to you as soon as humanly possible.

 

 

During peak seasons (July through December graduations) it might take as long as 10 days to ship your order so please order in plenty of time!! If you think you might not get your shirts in time just call us. We are all either veterans or family members of veterans. How long does it take to receive my order?

In most cases, about a week from the date of the order. That is 1-3 days for production and 2-3 days for the Post Office to deliver it.

My order got misrouted in shipping and I don't think I'm going to get it in time. What can I do?

Just call us, 816.273.7721. It rarely happens but we can almost always work it out to make sure you get your order in time. We really do care. You just have to call us immediately when you see it was misrouted so we can panic together.

The tracking says my order was delivered but it's not here. What should I do?

Call your local post office immediately or better yet drive there. In either case, ask for the Postmaster. If the Postmaster isn't available be sure you get the name of the person you're speaking with. The carrier may have scanned it erroneously or there is a good chance they will remember where they dropped it off. DO NOT CALL 1-800-ASK-USPS. They will be of no help at all in this situation. If you don't get any satisfaction from your local Post Office just give us a call and we will work it out.

I put the wrong address on my order and it has already shipped. What now?

Call us immediately. If it is not in a carrier's hands at that particular moment there is a good chance we can have it intercepted for a $12 fee.

My tracking says my package is being returned due to an incorrect address. What now?

Call your local post office or better yet drive there immediately. Even though the tracking says it's being returned that doesn't necessarily mean it has left your local Post Office yet. If it is not there just give us a call and we will work it out. DO NOT CALL 1-800-ASK-USPS. They will render absolutely no assistance in such a situation and it will become very frustrating.

Can I pick my order up on base?

We ship all orders out of Missouri and do not have a facility on base but we would be happy to ship it to your hotel if need be. If you choose to have it shipped to your hotel it is always a good idea to call the hotel, get the name of the person you are speaking with, let them know you will be receiving a package and NOT to refuse it if you haven't checked in yet.
