What is your guarantee?

If you look at the top of the website you will see if you still have time to order for your graduation.  If it says, for instance, "Still time to order October 7 grad shirts", we guarantee you will get them no later than the Monday prior to the graduation.  If you are leaving earlier than that just give us a call after you place your order.  We know these aren't just shirts; they are memories.  We do everything we can to make sure you have those shirts before you leave.  If you do not receive the shirts by the Monday prior to the graduation call us immediately for return instructions.

Is it too late to order for my upcoming graduation?

 

We try very hard to accommodate everyone. We realize this is an important event. If your departure is more than seven days away then we can still get them to you before you leave or we can also have them shipped to the hotel where you will be staying. If you're ordering last minute you may want to have your order shipped to the hotel where you will be staying. It's always a good idea to call the hotel, get the name of the person you speak with and let them know you will be expecting a package and tell them not to refuse it when it arrives if you haven't checked in yet. Is it too late to order for my upcoming graduation?

Why has my credit card was charged when my item hasn't shipped?

Due to the nature of our business, it is necessary to charge your credit card immediately so your order is not held up in production because of the credit card you used. If an order number is generated, your credit card has been charged.

Do you have a store on base?

No. We are based in Missouri. If you're ordering last minute you may want to have your order shipped to the hotel where you will be staying. It's always a good idea to call the hotel, get the name of the person you speak with and let them know you will be expecting a package and tell them not to refuse it when it arrives if you haven't checked in yet.

The shirt I want doesn't have my relationship listed. What can I do?

Just call us. It is absolutely no problem to add the relationship to the item while you are on the phone. 816.479.5522.

I graduated a long time ago. Can I still get a shirt?

Absolutely! Thank you for your service! Please visit the Past Graduates category to order. You will have three lines of free text. We understand not everyone remembers their graduation date or platoon number so the “Reunion” shirts seem to work out best for veterans.

I have two recruits graduating on the same day. Can I get my shirt printed to acknowledge both of them?

We would be offended if you didn't ask! Just give us a call at 816.479.5522 and we would be happy to accommodate you.

Does the option to print the name/platoon on the back mean it won't be on the front?

It will be on the front since that is part of the design. If you check the box that says “Name/Platoon on Back?” then the last name and platoon number will also be printed on the back. This is a nice feature when you're in a large crowd trying to find your family members.

I don't want the name on my shirt but it's a required field. What can I do?

Just enter “Don't Print” in the Name field. We promise you won't get a shirt that says “Don't Print”.

I don't know the platoon number. What can I do?

If you don't know the platoon number and there is no way to find out, just enter “None” in the platoon field and we will leave that part out.

How do I add more shirts to my existing order?

Since most of the items are personalized no one can alter an order once it's placed; not even us. If your original order rendered free shipping then call us, 816.479.5522, and we can give you a coupon code so you can place another order with free shipping.

My recruit got injured and his graduation date will change. What now?

That is very disheartening but it does happen. If your order is not yet in production or printed we can put your order on hold until your recruit is dropped into a new platoon. When you get the new information just call us and we will get your order out to you. If it is too late to put it on hold just call when you get the new information and we will give you 50% off new shirts with new information. 816.479.5522.

Help! I need to change my order! Is it too late?

We will certainly make the changes if possible.  If your order isn't in production or printed we should be able to change it.  Just give us a call, 816.479.5522.
